Baarn · technical design of nearly all pipelines
Persona3D
At Persona3D we designed nearly all the technical pipelines — bar the AI content. The most impressive real-time engine and video system we have built to date.

- Tech
- OptiTrack & Captury · Unreal Engine / MetaHuman · triple-redundant video
We pushed the motion-capture workflow to an extreme level: fully re-engineered the custom software, pushed the networking to its absolute limit and made the video pipeline triple-redundant. Since September 2025 we have been involved in all of the studio’s work.
Avantura — UnitedXR Europe (Brussels, December 2025): a live real-time performance of the digital character Avantura, streamed directly from the studio in Baarn to the Persona3D booth on the trade-show floor (Stand 421, Dutch Pavilion). The audience saw the character perform live as if physically present — and could ask questions afterwards, answered in real time. The triple-redundant video pipeline and the network layer pushed to its limit made this remote performance possible, with latency low enough for genuine live interaction.
ENTR — “Amsterdam 1652 in VR”: an immersive VR museum experience in Amsterdam where visitors walk together through 17th-century Amsterdam and meet its citizens. On behalf of Persona3D we were lead motion capture, responsible for capturing the historical characters that bring the city to life.
