Who we are

Stage Innovations (Thomas Greven-Kogler) is responsible for processing your data. Studio: Barndegat 6 H05C, 1505 HN Zaandam, Netherlands. Email: thomas@stageinnovations.com · Phone: +31 6 39272475.

What we collect

Data you share yourself (e.g. via email or the contact form: name, email, message). Plus anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, and, only with your consent, measurement data for Google Ads.

Waitlists (e.g. Follower)

If you join a waitlist, we process your email address (with our email provider Resend, EU) and, to understand our (future) customer base and for product research, derived technical data from your request: your approximate location (country, region, city), your internet provider/organisation, device and browser type, language and source (referrer/campaign). This enriched data is stored in a database at Cloudflare (EU servers). We do not store your raw IP address, only a hashed reference to detect duplicate signups. Legal basis: legitimate interest (product development) and your signup; you can opt out at any time. Retention: at most 12 months after the launch of the relevant product, then we delete it.

Cookies & consent

By default we set no tracking cookies. Only after you click “Accept” are analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads) placed. Until then, measurement runs cookieless via Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your choice at any time.

Legal basis & purpose

The basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Purpose: improving the site and measuring ad effectiveness. We never sell your data.

Retention

Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. Messages you send are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages (EU servers). Email runs via Google Workspace.
